Straight Score is proud to announce its new ShootPro Cloud (SPC) service. SPC is the culmination of two years of development and testing, using advanced Internet and cloud computing technologies. Available for use immediately, the main SPC module can power any size ATA or PITA Trap Shooting tournament. The main SPC module includes everything needed to run the back-office operation:

  • Classification
  • Squadding
  • Cashiering
  • Scoring
  • Payoffs
  • Shoot Offs
  • Scoreboard/Leaderboard
  • Accounting

In the future, Straight Score will be announcing additional modules, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile App for Shooters
  • Mobile App for Trap Personnel
  • Live Shoot Off Scoring and Notifications

Straight Score LLC was formed two years ago, at a time when Shooting Sports Software (3S Shoot Pro) was no longer able to continue. At that time, the Straight Score founders made four fundamental commitments to themselves:

  • Straight Score would function as a profitable, long term, growing, sustainable business that the sport of Trap Shooting can depend upon in the future.
  • Straight Score would focus on using modern and emerging computing technologies to enhance the enjoyment of Trap Shooting, following the path of other major sports.
  • Straight Score would devote its resources to creating a 3S Shoot Pro replacement that would be easy to use and support.
  • Straight Score would make every effort to continue maintaining the 3S Shoot Pro software and pricing until a suitable replacement was available.

Clubs and Organizations are urged to study the questions and answers in this press release and begin planning immediately. Clubs are required to have Internet access. ShootPro Cloud was designed to minimize bandwidth requirements and can function on cellular and satellite connections.

Questions and Answers

How much does the ShootPro Cloud service cost?

ShootPro Cloud charges a $3.00 daily technology fee for each shooter, plus a $35 setup fee for each shoot.

Does ShootPro Cloud require Internet access?

Yes, ShootPro Cloud requires Internet access. SPC was designed to minimize the use of data bandwidth, thereby enabling it to work over cellular and satellite connections when necessary. We recommend that clubs speak to local companies knowledgeable in commercial grade Wi-Fi solutions.

What kind of computer equipment is required?

ShootPro Cloud simply uses a web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge. This means that it will work on your PC/Mac, Chromebook, or iPad/Tablet. Laser printers are recommended for printing reports, receipts, and checks.

Is it easy to learn?

Yes, we believe it is significantly easier to learn and operate than 3S Shoot Pro. We are building a library of video training modules with more than a dozen already created and ready to view. Classifiers, Cashiers, and others can train and practice in the comfort of their homes.

How do I set up a shoot?

We believe that you have better things to do than figure out how to properly tweak dozens of settings before your shoot… that’s why we setup the shoot for you. Clubs simply complete a shoot enrollment form, attach a copy of the program if you have one, and let us do the heavy lifting.

How does my club or organization get started?

An authorized club or organization representative should complete a registration form at It will only take a few minutes. After reviewing your form, we will create your club and provide you with login information.

Are you still selling 3S Shoot Pro?

No, all sales of 3S Shoot Pro have been discontinued.

Are you still renewing existing 3S Shoot Pro subscriptions?

3S Shoot Pro subscriptions are being renewed based upon the license type through December 31st, 2022. After January 1st, 2023, Shoot Pro Licenses will not be renewed.

I have a shoot coming up too soon to switch to SPC, now what?

Straight Score will work individually with clubs to extend subscriptions for short periods of time as needed to prevent disruption of shoots. Straight Score reserves the right to deny extensions at our discretion.
