Effective August 30, 2020 –

Due to the unusually high demand for support services this year, Straight Score (formerly Shooting Sports Software) will be implementing new policies to help alleviate the situation. Beginning August 15th, Straight Score will require that all support phone calls be scheduled in advance using our new calendar app. By scheduling in advance, you will receive a phone call from us at a convenient time and can be assured of our undivided attention.

We understand that sometimes emergencies come up. To ensure that all of our customers have equal access to support, we will be charging $85/hour for all unscheduled assistance, billed in 15-minute increments. To prevent this from happening, we strongly encourage the following:

  1. Setup your shoots well in advance and test that everything works as expected.
  2. If you have trouble with any setup screens, reports, or other functions, we strongly recommend that you watch our brief videos at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT0tD9z47oXQaZurzrh_KeA. These videos will almost always answer your questions.
  3. If you have a specific question, send us an email. Feel free to include some screenshots. We can usually answer your questions faster, and more efficiently, in writing.
  4. If you must speak with someone, please visit our calendar app at https://shootingsportssoftware.com/index.php/schedule-appointment/  and choose a convenient time for us to call you.
