Last year we experienced call volume higher than two of us could manage. In order to improve our technical support wait time, we are implementing a new policy. Starting March 15th, 2019 when you call into the technical support line you will be required to provide your serial number and account support pin number. We will charge $20/hour for technical support, calls under 15 minutes will be free. We will be introducing new support videos, and tutorials to help relieve the need for support calls.
