  • Georges Retirement Letter

    Dear 3S Customers,

    I will be reducing my role in 3S. For 32 years I have been managing sales, tech support, and development. It is becoming a lot for me to manage.  I have decided to step away from the day to day operations of 3S and let my business partners Tiger Volz and Marcello Bachechi take over a large portion of the day-to-day operations. I hope to be “retired” by Spring of 2018.  However, I will still be a part of 3S for many years to come. I will no longer be providing technical support or sales assistance. I ask that you update your contact information for 3S to no longer be my personal phone number and email, and instead use the new company phone number and email.  3S will continue to be around providing the #1 shoot cashiering software in the world, and world-class technical support. I will just no longer be in charge.  This is a very hard decision for me but with the technology changing as fast as it does I am at that age where it’s time to declare that I can no longer keep up. Therefore I have decided it’s time to exit and let the next generation of developers to take over. I look forward to seeing the future that Marcello and Tiger will bring forward.

  • Renewal Policy

    As of January 1st, 2018 if you have not renewed your 3S license within a 1 year from expiration you will be not given a renewal discount and will have to purchase 3S at full price. No exceptions.

    STARTING MAY 1, 2017 OUR PHONE SUPPORT LINE WILL CLOSE AT 7:00 PM MST DAILY. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION PLEASE SAY SO IN YOUR MESSAGE AND WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU.

  • Return Policy

    We are sorry but 3S does not offer returns on any products. Due to the fact that once a product is downloaded we have no way to cut you off from it we are not able to offer returns. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Upgrade Policy

    If you wish to upgrade to a higher license of 3S after already purchasing your license you are able to upgrade to the next level up under these conditions.

    • At any point, you may upgrade to the next level up
    • If you purchased your current license within 6 months prior to the date you wish to upgrade you will have to pay the difference for the next level of 3S, plus a $50 upgrade fee.
    • If you purchased your current license over 6 months prior to the date you wish to upgrade you will have to pay twice the amount of the difference for the next level of 3S, plus a $50 upgrade fee.
    • Your new license will be effective for a year after the date on which you upgrade.
    • You accept you will not receive the renewal discount for a year after you upgrade.
    • You may only upgrade one level at a time (cannot go from lite-unlimited on one step)
    • If you are in the discounted renewal period you can upgrade to the next level up by using your discount to buy the next level up at full price
