I have been using 3S software since 2004.
Whenever I had a problem with the software George was there to help.
I have done small shoots that only had 10 shooters
up to shoots that had over 600 shooters

  • New support policy

    Last year we experienced call volume higher than two of us could manage. In order to improve our technical support wait time, we are implementing a new policy. Starting March 15th, 2019 when you call into the technical support line you will be required to provide your serial number and account support pin number. We will charge $20/hour for technical support, calls under 15 minutes will be free. We will be introducing new support videos, and tutorials to help relieve the need for support calls.

    After an exhaustive 4 month period, we have written a new manual that is 100% designed for Shoot Pro. You can view it on the downloads page under public downloads. Pre-ordered manuals will be shipping the week of 2/18/2019 once they arrive at the Colorado Office. If you are interested in purchasing a hardcover manual you can do so here.

     

    We would like to give special thanks to Diane Boling for all of her help writing and editing the manual. If it weren’t for her we would still be in the process of writing the manual.

    Hello all, we will be discontinuing Trap 2014 on December 31st, 2019.

  • ATTENTION – Windows 10 Build 1803

    Windows 10 update 1803 has caused Trap 2014 and prior versions to stop working in network mode, due to the removal of windows homegroup. If you are running in local mode it will continue to work fine There are several software companies that are blown out of the water because of this windows build update. Please do not update if at all possible. If you get updated please contact support. There is currently no fix to this issue, we are working on finding a fix. However we can upgrade you to Shoot Pro and that will overcome this build update’s incompatibility.
