With extra attention given to the PITA to create a better experience for shooters and management of PITA tournaments.

- Support Policy Change
Effective August 30, 2020 –
Due to the unusually high demand for support services this year, Straight Score (formerly Shooting Sports Software) will be implementing new policies to help alleviate the situation. Beginning August 15th, Straight Score will require that all support phone calls be scheduled in advance using our new calendar app. By scheduling in advance, you will receive a phone call from us at a convenient time and can be assured of our undivided attention.
We understand that sometimes emergencies come up. To ensure that all of our customers have equal access to support, we will be charging $85/hour for all unscheduled assistance, billed in 15-minute increments. To prevent this from happening, we strongly encourage the following:
- Setup your shoots well in advance and test that everything works as expected.
- If you have trouble with any setup screens, reports, or other functions, we strongly recommend that you watch our brief videos at https://www.youtube.com/
channel/UCT0tD9z47oXQaZurzrh_ KeA. These videos will almost always answer your questions. - If you have a specific question, send us an email. Feel free to include some screenshots. We can usually answer your questions faster, and more efficiently, in writing.

3S Shooting Sports Software has been a leading developer of trapshooting cashiering systems for more than 20 years. 3S has established a solid reputation for accuracy, reliability, and customer support. The founder, George Cook, dedicated his life to the trapshooting community. His work has transformed the sport of trapshooting by providing shooters with rapid, efficient computer services at a time when hand calculations were the only choice. We congratulate George on his retirement and look forward to seeing him on the trapline for many years to come.
Straight Score, LLC is a collaboration between 3S Shooting Sports Software, creator of Shoot Pro, and Lite Release, LLC, creator of PreSquad.com. These two shooting software companies will be working together to create the next generation of cashiering systems. - New credit card processor
